A summit 694 m above sea level in the Rudawy Janowickie, with a separate ridge and the Popówka rock, within the Rudawy Janowickie Landscape Park.
Mnichy is a summit 694 metres above sea level in the Rudawy Janowickie, in the Western Sudetes. The mountain's German name was Pfaffenstein.
The summit branches off from the Wielka Kopa massif towards the north-east, forming a separate ridge running towards Wieściszowice. On the eastern slope stands the Popówka rock. The ridge is built of amphibolite, and the eastern slopes are covered by Carboniferous sandstone and conglomerate.
The hill is almost entirely covered by forest, while meadows and pastures occur on the lower-lying eastern slopes. The summit lies within the Rudawy Janowickie Landscape Park.
It is close from here to the Colourful Lakes, Wielka Kopa and Bolczów Castle.
