Renaissance knight's tower from the 16th century in Olbrachcice Wielkie, part of a manor complex.
Olbrachcice Wielkie Knight's Tower was probably built after 1569. Its construction was initiated by the nobleman Ludwig von Pfeil, who was sold part of Olbrachcice that year. The building stands at Olbrachcice Wielkie 115, in Ząbkowice County.
The tower has survived largely in its original form, with fragments of Renaissance sgraffito decoration and painted ashlar work on plaster. Beneath the building are cellars covered by a barrel vault. The top of the tower was rebuilt after 1846, and an eclectic two-storey manor building was added to the structure, possibly on the site of an earlier Baroque building.
Together with the tower, the entire manor complex is listed in the heritage register of the Ząbkowice Śląskie municipality: the tower itself, the manor house, a coach house and two stables.
