A former town palace on Wierzbowa Street in Wrocław, rebuilt after being damaged in 1945, today neighbouring an office and retail complex.
Oppersdorf Palace stands on Wierzbowa Street 30 in Wrocław, within the Old Town, a few hundred metres from the Market Square. It is a former town palace, known in German as Oppersdorff-Palais.
The building was seriously damaged in 1945. It later underwent thorough reconstruction, during which it was restored to a form close to its pre-war appearance, among other things raising the roof and adding a dormer.
Next to the palace, an office and retail complex was built between 2001 and 2003, erected after the demolition of the printing house buildings that had previously stood on the site. The palace is entered in the heritage register under number A/3110/167, registered on 15 February 1962.
