The mountain is 860 metres above sea level and lies in the central part of the Owl Mountains, in the Central Sudetes.

The closest, a little over a kilometre away, is Kalenica with its observation tower. Further on within the same range lies Wielka Sowa, the highest peak of the Owl Mountains, also with its own observation tower.
