A cluster of sandstone rock formations in the Table Mountains between Batorów and Radkowskie Skały, reachable by three marked trails.
Skalne Grzyby (Rock Mushrooms) is a cluster of rock formations in the Table Mountains, in the Central Sudetes, at an altitude of about 680-700 metres above sea level, between Batorów and Radkowskie Skały.
The rock formations are made of sandstone lying on water-impermeable marls and shales. They formed as a result of the erosion of sandstone beds on the edge of the plateau. The cluster stretches for about 2 kilometres and consists of formations of varying density, resembling mushrooms, clubs, towers and gates. Individual formations have their own names, for example Borowik, Skalne Wrota and Pingwinki.
Three marked trails lead to Skalne Grzyby. The yellow trail links many nearby villages, and from Batorów it takes about 30 minutes to reach the site. The blue trail runs from Polanica-Zdrój to Radków, and from Wambierzyce it takes about 70 minutes. The red trail runs from Karłów to Wambierzyce, and access to Skalne Grzyby is also possible from the Road of a Hundred Bends.
