A former Canons Regular monastery from the 13th century, rebuilt into a palace in the 19th century, today closed and under restoration.
Sobótka-Górka Palace stands at the foot of Mount Ślęża, in the western part of Sobótka, in Wrocław County.
The building was originally a church and monastery of Canons Regular, built in the mid-13th century. In the 19th century it was rebuilt into a palace.
At the turn of the 20th and 21st centuries a hotel operated in the building. Today the building is closed. Archaeological work on it began in 2002, and restoration work has been under way since 2013.
Near the palace rises Mount Ślęża with the Mount Ślęża nature reserve, and closer to the building itself lies the Wieżyca hill. Sobótka itself is also home to the Stanisław Dunajewski Ślęża Museum.
