About Szedziec Palace

18th-century palace in Szedziec with a park and outbuildings, listed as a historic monument.

Szedziec Palace dates from the 18th century and stands in a village in the Góra municipality, in Góra County. In 1910 it underwent a major rebuilding.

Palace complex

Besides the palace itself, the complex includes a park and farm buildings. This layout, a residence with a supporting farmstead, was typical of the landed estates in this part of Lower Silesia.

Heritage register

The palace complex in Szedziec is listed in the heritage register under number A/3623/1130/A, by a decision of 13 October 1988. This is a separate entry from the palace in nearby Ślubów, listed in the register under a different number (A/3624/1120, of 26 April 1988) as a separate palace-and-farmstead complex with a chapel.
