TAMA Municipal and Communal Public Library

The TAMA Municipal and Communal Public Library is located at Wyspiańskiego 5A in Brzeg Dolny. The institution serves the whole municipality, not just the town itself, as it has three branches in the surrounding area under its wing.

Three branches in the municipality

Besides the main building, there is Branch No. 1 at Rynek 5 in Brzeg Dolny, Branch No. 2 in Pogalewo Wielkie at number 12H, and Branch No. 3 at Młodzieżowa 2, also in Brzeg Dolny. Each has its own phone number and a different opening schedule from the main building.

Collections and work areas

The book collection is supplemented by audiobooks and magazines, and readers use the online catalogue and a self-service borrowing and return system. The library also offers e-books and e-magazines through the Legimi platform. The building has a dedicated computer zone, a games zone, a relaxation zone and a multifunctional hall used for meetings and events. The library also has a programme for blind and partially sighted people.
