A two-storey brick manor from 1701 in the Dolny palace-and-park complex in Tomaszów Bolesławiecki, inhabited until recently.
Tomaszów Bolesławiecki Manor is a historic manor house from 1701, standing in the village of Tomaszów Bolesławiecki in the municipality of Warta Bolesławiecka, Bolesławiec County, on the border of the Silesian-Lusatian Lowland and the Kaczawskie Foothills in the Sudetes.
This is a two-storey, brick-built building topped with a tall hipped roof with a ridge turret crowned by a helmet. The entrances are arranged symmetrically, marked by identical portals, and above the entrance on the courtyard side there is an ornamental gable with a concave-convex profile. It underwent major rebuilding at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. The manor stands on the eastern side of the palace, separated from it by a spacious courtyard.
The manor is entered in the heritage register as part of the palace-and-park complex known as Dolny (register no. A/3501/527/L of 22 November 1977). Also under conservation protection alongside it are the 19th-century palace, the 18th- and 19th-century park, two 19th-century farm buildings by the manor, and a 19th-century cowshed.
The neighbouring palace from the complex remains a ruin, and the whole site shows advanced signs of damage: mainly the ruins of farm buildings and the shadow of a former park survive. The manor itself was inhabited until recently and appears to be being tidied up, perhaps in preparation for renovation. The property is not open to visitors.
