When the Vienna Philharmonic, performers of the famous New Year's Concert, celebrate the New Year with music, the whole world watches in delight. But we don't have to just watch! We can also welcome the New Year with a concert of our own. Alongside classic operas and operettas, our program features waltzes and polkas, all in masterful interpretations. Contemporary compositions we know and love are included too.
Classic and modern arrangements will keep the music in your heart and mind long after the performance ends. The concert hall will fill with spotlights and sparkling costumes, and the stage will feature true stars of vocal music, with a repertoire as thrilling as the sky lit up by New Year's fireworks. Soloists, a symphony orchestra, and a ballet will make you feel like guests at a special event over this concert of more than 2.5 hours! We invite you to this Operetta Concert, which will bring you into a champagne mood and make the start of the New Year unforgettable.
