Cabaret and stand-up in Wrocław in the portal's calendar: clubs, concert halls and cafés, open mic nights and online tickets.
Most cabaret events in the calendar take place at Klub Wędrówki. Second is the Radio Wrocław Concert Hall, followed by Czeski Film, Dziady i Koktajle, Hala Stulecia (Centennial Hall) with its Auditorium, the Nowy Pafawag Culture Centre, A2 Concert Centre, the WCK Auditorium, the Mleczarnia club-café and Coffee Planet. It is a mix of clubs, cafés and big halls, so you can match the venue to your mood: an intimate evening at a table or a show in an auditorium.
There is stand-up in many varieties: solo shows for a full evening, a morning breakfast stand-up, material tests and open mic nights where beginners try new jokes. Alongside run cabaret groups with recurring programmes and bigger cabaret events on large stages. Occasionally a show in a language other than Polish appears too, which residents from abroad and international students will appreciate.
The format of the evening comes from the description on the event page, so check it before buying: an open mic is a completely different experience from a solo show.
