A filial church of the parish of the Holy Trinity in the Kamieńsk district of Jedlina-Zdrój, built in the 1930s to a design by Alfons Weiger.
The Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary stands in the Kamieńsk district of Jedlina-Zdrój and serves as a filial church of the parish of the Holy Trinity. The church was built in the 1930s to a design by the Wałbrzych architect Alfons Weiger.
The building is in the alpine style, and its facades are distinguished by neo-Gothic, pointed-arch windows. The church was built thanks to the efforts of the long-serving parish priest of Jedlina-Zdrój, Fr Dr Bernhard Strehler.
Jedlina-Zdrój lies at the foot of the Wałbrzych Mountains. On the nearby Borowa hill stands a viewpoint with a wide panorama.
On the same hill there is also a separately listed observation tower on Borowa, and a few kilometres further on you can see the Jedlina-Zdrój Palace.
