A neo-baroque filial church from 1854 in Kłodzko's Zagórze district, belonging to the parish of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross.
The Church of the Motherhood of the Blessed Virgin Mary stands in Zagórze, a district of Kłodzko, and serves as a filial church belonging to the parish of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross in Kłodzko. It is not the same church as the Kłodzko parish church or the Franciscan church - worth distinguishing, since the town has several churches with similar names.
The church was built in 1854 in the neo-baroque style. It is a modest, single-nave building of brick construction, with a gabled roof and a small ridge turret with a bell over the roof ridge.
At the entrance to the church stands a sculptural group with a crucifix. In 2013 the building's facade was renovated, improving its exterior condition.
As a filial church of the parish of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross, it has no permanent chaplain of its own, and services are held in it occasionally, as part of the ministry of the mother parish. The liturgical feast of its patronage falls on 11 October.
