About Mienice Palace

A historic palace from the beginning of the 18th century in the village of Mienice in the municipality of Wisznia Mała, rebuilt after 1860.

Mienice Palace is a small residence built at the beginning of the 18th century in the village of Mienice, in the municipality of Wisznia Mała, in Trzebnica County. It differs from the stud farms operating under the same place name in that it is a historic building, listed on the heritage register, not an equestrian facility.

History of the building

The palace was built at the beginning of the 18th century. It underwent major rebuilding after 1860, meaning that the current structure combines elements from two different periods. The building is listed on the heritage register under number A/3882/640/W, entered on 30 May 1990.

Condition and access

The sources do not state the current technical condition of the building, who manages it, or whether the interior is open for visits. Before planning a visit it is worth checking this on site or with the municipality of Wisznia Mała, as without such confirmation access inside cannot be guaranteed.

Nearby

Mienice lies in Trzebnica County, near towns known for other historic sites, including the Sanctuary of St Hedwig in Trzebnica and Strzeszów Palace. Nearby there is also the Municipal Water Park, useful when planning a longer trip to this part of Lower Silesia.
