Niebiańskie Widoki Observation Platform

The Niebiańskie Widoki (Heavenly Views) observation platform stands in the forest by the road from Myśliszów towards Ostroszowice, in the municipality of Dzierżoniów. It is a small wooden deck with safety railings, built for the sake of the view that opens up from this spot.

Where the name came from

The platform was officially opened on 16 November 2022. The project was funded by the Świdnica Forest District (Nadleśnictwo Świdnica) on the initiative of the Dzierżoniów municipality. Shortly after opening, the structure became widely known online precisely because of its small size - photos from the opening ceremony showed a handful of people taking up almost the whole platform, which many internet users turned into a joke.

What you can see from the platform

The deck offers a view over the Dzierżoniów Land and the Ślęża Massif. During the official opening, mist partly obscured the panorama, so how well you can enjoy the view depends on the weather.
