A Gothic-Baroque parish church from the end of the 15th century in Kaczorów, entered on the heritage register in 1961.
St Nicholas' Church stands in Kaczorów on Pollak Square, in the Bolków deanery of the Diocese of Świdnica, and serves as the parish church of St Nicholas' parish. The church is active, and parish Masses are held there.
The church was first mentioned as early as 1311, but the present structure dates from the end of the 15th century. It was rebuilt in the 18th century, which can still be seen today in part of the interior fittings.
The church is oriented and single-naved, with a chancel ending in three sides and not separated from the body of the nave, and a tower to the west. Inside, the high altar from the 18th century has survived, along with a Gothic sacrament house from the 15th century, wooden Baroque sculptures from the 18th century and Renaissance tombstones. The bronze bell dates from 1929, and the stained-glass window depicting Christ giving a blessing, from 1904, was made by the Wrocław Stained Glass Institute of Adolph Seiler.
The church was entered on the heritage register under number A-1965/902, by a decision of 27 July 1961.
