A Wrocław gallery devoted to music played on small instruments and sound-making toys, operating as part of the Eugeniusz Geppert Open Art Studios.
Toy Piano Gallery is an exhibition space in Wrocław devoted to music played on small instruments and sound-making toys. It operates as part of the Eugeniusz Geppert Open Art Studios at Ruska Street 46A in the Old Town.
The gallery was set up on the initiative of Paweł Romańczuk, founder of the Wrocław art group Małe Instrumenty (Small Instruments) and composer of music for films and theatre productions. The Małe Instrumenty group explores sound using small professional instruments and sound-making toys, and the gallery is a place where this exploration can be seen and heard.
The institution's website offers digital options: text enlargement and a high-contrast mode, as well as a declaration of the building's architectural accessibility.
The gallery lies close to the centre, right next to the Market Square and the Wrocław Town Hall. Within walking distance is also the National Forum of Music.
