Theatre dates are concentrated in two places. The Ośrodek Współpracy Europejskiej „Odra” (European Cooperation Centre), or OWE Odra, plays the lead role: most performances in our calendar take place there. The second address is the Centrum Sztuki w Oławie (Oława Arts Centre), more precisely its Branch No. 1, which hosts smaller-scale shows.

The programme is mostly contemporary plays for adults, performed by visiting companies. There are contemporary plays about everyday life, best seen in a larger group, with plenty to talk about when you leave the hall. For families there is an illusion show that you can watch together with children, and it does not rely on spoken Polish as much as a dialogue-driven play does.
