A wooded, not especially prominent peak of the Krucze Mountains (707 m above sea level) in the Lubawka municipality, without marked trails to the summit.
Skowrończa is a peak in the south-eastern part of the Krucze Mountains, rising to 707 metres above sea level in the Lubawka municipality, in Kamienna Góra County. It lies on a ridge running from the neighbouring peak Widok in a north-easterly direction, after which the ridge turns north-west.
The elevation is built of volcanic rocks, Permian porphyries (trachytes), belonging to the formations of the Central Sudetic Basin. The whole area is covered by forest, and Wikipedia describes the peak simply as not especially prominent in the local relief.
The source article does not list any hiking trails leading directly to the summit or any viewpoints. Nearby, in the Lubawka municipality, are, among others, Krucza Skała and the Kruczy Kamień nature reserve, and a little further, the Cistercian abbey in Krzeszów.
