Spotter Hill

Spotter Hill is a small elevation next to Wrocław Airport, from which you can watch aircraft taking off and landing. It lies in the Jerzmanowo-Jarnołtów-Strachowice-Osiniec district, right next to the grounds of Wrocław Airport.

A place to watch aircraft

The hill serves as a viewing point facing the runway. It has been upgraded - benches and steps were added, making it easier to climb to the top and comfortably watch take-offs and landings.

The airport's idea

Wrocław Airport had already been planning an idea for such a place back in 2014, wanting to build a viewing hill to the west of the terminal, by the long-term car park, as a publicly accessible spot for residents interested in watching air traffic.

• Getting there: best by car; the area lies a few kilometres from Strachowicki Park and Złotnicki Park
