A viewing terrace on the Dzierżoniów town hall tower, with a panorama of the Dzierżoniów Basin, the Owl Mountains and the Ślęża Massif.
The viewpoint on the town hall tower in Dzierżoniów offers a bird's-eye view of the whole Dzierżoniów Basin. From the tower's gallery you can see the Owl Mountains, the Ślęża Massif and the Kiełczyn Hills.
From the viewing terrace a panorama unfolds of the Dzierżoniów Basin, enclosed by the Owl Mountains, the Ślęża Massif and the Kiełczyn Hills.
The tower is part of the Dzierżoniów town hall, built in the second half of the 13th century and serving as the seat of the town council since 1337. A Gothic portal from the 14th-15th century leads to the tower, and the entrance to the viewing platform is open from Tuesday to Sunday - the exact hours can be seasonal, so it's worth checking before visiting.
In Dzierżoniów it's worth combining the tower climb with a visit to the Dzierżoniów City Museum, and panorama lovers can also head to the viewing platform under Wrona.
