Cinema in Legnica: the Kino Piast programme with new releases, film classics and special screenings. Pick a film, a day and a time.
The screenings in our calendar take place at Kino Piast. It is a single address, so planning is simple: choose a film, a day and a time, and keep the rest of the evening for yourself. The calendar shows the nearest dates, so you can see at once what is on today and at the weekend.
The programme mixes new releases with older titles. Alongside comedies and drama you will find literary adaptations and documentaries about artists. A separate group are special screenings: a classic film series that brings back cult titles, and meetings from the FKS series.
It suits you if you want an evening that needs no advance planning, and the weather is poor. The classics series lets you see on a big screen a film you know only from television. If you are in Legnica for just one day, a film is a calm way to finish the trip once it gets dark.
Pick the day first, then the film. Next to each date there is a "Buy ticket" button where online sales are available. Before you go with children or with guests from abroad, check the screening description for the language version of the film.
If the cinema does not work for you, look at theatre in Legnica, concerts in Legnica or cabaret in Legnica. The full city overview is under events in Legnica, programmes from other towns are in cinema in Lower Silesia, and the page attractions in Legnica suggests what to do before the film.
