Cinema in Wrocław in the portal's calendar: screenings in four halls of the Lower Silesian Film Centre, special events and online tickets.
Most screenings take place at the Lower Silesian Film Centre (Dolnośląskie Centrum Filmowe), which has four halls: Warszawa, Lalka, Lwów and Polonia. The first three are used most often, while Polonia appears less frequently. Separately, the Nowe Horyzonty cinema is sometimes in the calendar too. Note the hall name next to a screening, because it decides where you will sit.
The calendar covers premieres and preview screenings, but also accompanying events: talks after the film, regional premieres with guests, evenings of film discussion clubs, sensory screenings, film classics and screenings combined with a tasting. A note in the description, such as a talk, a special screening or a regional premiere, tells you the form of the evening, so read it before buying. That way cinema offers more than just watching a film: you can discuss it with other viewers or with guests.
We give no titles or dates here, because the programme changes every week. Check them in the events calendar.
The "Kup bilet" (Buy ticket) button on an event page leads to KupBilecik or Bilety24, depending on the organiser. You see prices and free seats there, and on our page the day, time and hall. Cinema from other towns is on the cinema across the region page, and before a screening you can look into the Wrocław attractions.
