It has five courses of 8 to 16 obstacles each, and a continuous belay system keeps climbers secured the whole way, with no unclipping between obstacles. Trollinkowo is for children from age 3, Dzielny Skrzat and Ole Trole from 6, and Spacer Włóczykija and Leśna Tułaczka from 8.
Oponkowa kraina offers three tubing tracks, which means sliding down on inflatable tyres. No experience is needed, and groups of more than ten people can get a discount if they arrange it in advance. Esplanada Family Amusement Park has the Alpine Coaster, a gravity toboggan track running among the trees: from age eight a child rides alone, and from age three together with a parent. The park also has an eighteen-hole minigolf course and, in winter, an ice rink with skate hire.
