Jelenia Góra for families: thermal baths, trampolines, play centres, museums and an open-air arms park. Plans where everyone finds something to do.

Where in Jelenia Góra can a whole family go for water and trampolines?

The Cieplice Thermal Baths are a year-round aquapark at 5 Park Zdrojowy, with thermal pools at water temperatures of 27 to 36 degrees. There are sports pools with lanes, recreational pools and paddling pools for the youngest, plus slides, water jets, hydromassage and a lazy river. Parents can slip off to a spa zone with a jacuzzi, a salt cave and saunas, and older children can take swimming lessons.

For dry movement go to Wild Jump. The park on Sobieskiego Street welcomes people of any age and fitness, with a climbing wall and obstacle course and trampolines for dodgeball. The two Jump Heaven addresses have a similar profile: Jump Heaven Jelenia Góra with fitness classes and animations for the youngest, and Jump Heaven on Aleja Jana Pawła II, where trampolines join a multi-storey playground.

What can you do with younger children when it rains?

Kids CLUB has a multi-level structure with slides and ball pitsand a separate zone for toddlers, so siblings of different ages play in one place. Babyccino Kawa i Zabawa joins a play room with a cafe, so adults sit with coffee while the children play. Fun Park in the Nowy Rynek gallery has two levels: a play room and cooking workshops on one, laser tag and an interactive floor for active games on the other. There are also building-block and robotics classes, a snack point and birthday parties. More such places are collected on the page for children.

What is there for older children and adults?

The Open-Air Museum of Polish Army Armament shows a T-34 tank, a Mi-2 helicopter andradar equipment on the grounds of a former military unit at 81 Sudecka Street. It receives individual guests and groups, and groups of more than ten people can book a guide. In the Karkonosze Museum you will see an art glass collectionand the history of the region. The museum has worked since 1889, and the building at 28 Matejki Street was put up specially for it.

Older children can try sport. Golf Club Jelenia Góra has a nine-hole course open to guestsand courses for beginners, and an apiary stands on the club grounds. For shooting there are several addresses, for example Strzelnica & Off Road with lessons from licensed instructors and the Marksmen's Brotherhood rangeon Lubańska Street, where the firing line is 50 metres long with eight stands. Ask about rules for younger children before you go.
