Go-karting in Lower Silesia: tracks in Wrocław, Świdnica, Wałbrzych and Jelenia Góra, plus rides for children from age 4. Pick your track.

Which go-kart track should you choose in Wrocław?

Wrocław gives you two different kinds of ride. Le Mans Wrocław on Śląska Avenue is the flagship site of the Le Mans chain and has operated in the city for fifteen years. The organiser describes it as the largest and widest track among all the chain's locations in Poland. The layout has many turns and slalom sections, so it differs from a simple oval. After those years the operator announced a new track and a refreshed brand, so check the current look and offer before you go.

In Muchobór Wielki you will find TOP1 KARTING on Rakietowa Street. The track is over 850 metres long and has two parts: an indoor section of 650 metres and an outdoor section of 200 to 250 metres. It runs over varied terrain, with sections at different heights, and the karts have lap timing systems. The offer includes junior karts, with a minimum height of 135 centimetres, adult karts and a tandem option, a two-person ride for less experienced drivers.

If you prefer something lighter, look at Crazy Carts in Bielany Wrocławskie. The track is inside the Auchan Bielany shopping centre and covers 250 square metres. You drive electric drifting karts, and people from age 4 can take part, up to a maximum driver weight of 90 kilograms. The venue takes individuals and groups, and the track can be hired for company events, birthdays and stag parties.

Is there a go-kart track for rainy weather?

Yes, and more than one. Every venue on this page is marked as good for rainy days. Several of the tracks are inside shopping centres, so weather does not affect your plans. TOP1 KARTING combines an indoor section with an outdoor stretch. Indoor drifting-kart tracks are the simplest choice when it rains in the mountains and the kids have had enough of sitting in the guesthouse.

Where can you go karting in the Sudetes?

In Jelenia Góra, Crazy Carts at the Nowy Rynek shopping centre is an indoor track of 450 square metres on the first floor of the building at Podwale 25, next to H&M and Quiosque, opposite Action. Children from age 4 can ride, as long as their feet reach the pedals, along with anyone weighing up to 90 kilograms. Every ride includes a briefing, a helmet and an instructor. For birthdays there is a private room, and the package lasts 1.5 hours, including 60 minutes of driving.

In Wałbrzych, Crazy Carts covers 800 square metres on the first floor of Galeria Victoria at 1 Maja 64. Riders must be at least 4 and no heavier than 90 kilograms. The offer covers individual rides with a briefing and children's birthday parties that pair driving with a separate party room.

In Świdnica, M3Racing is at Westerplatte 56. Live timing records every run, so you see your result right after leaving the track. You book online, and the track takes both individual drivers and organised groups. The club also posts drone footage that you can watch on social media before your visit.

Is go-karting suitable for small children?

The youngest have a few options. The electric drifting karts at Crazy Carts let children ride from age 4. For something calmer there is the Mini Car track at the Esplanada amusement park in Szklarska Poręba. Kids race electric cars and motorbikes that move when they press the accelerator and stop when they let go. The track is in the covered part of the complex, so it works on rainy days too. Esplanada also has an alpine coaster, a thrill tower, mini golf, a rodeo simulator, a maze, a bouncy-castle garden and a shooting range, so a family can stay all day.

At TOP1 KARTING the junior limit is a height of 135 centimetres, and less experienced drivers can go tandem. Wherever you go, check the age, weight and height limits with the organiser, because they decide who gets into a kart.

How do you choose a track for your group?

Looking for speed and lap times? Pick Le Mans or TOP1 KARTING, where the layout and timing matter. Planning a family outing with kids from age 4? Choose Crazy Carts in Bielany, Jelenia Góra or Wałbrzych. Organising a birthday? Crazy Carts in Jelenia Góra and Wałbrzych have party rooms. Bringing the company? Crazy Carts in Bielany takes corporate events and stag parties, and M3Racing in Świdnica takes organised groups.

Always book a slot if more than a few people are coming. Check the hours on the track's site and wear comfortable closed shoes. For prices and packages ask the organiser, because they change over time.
