Where can you jump in Wrocław?

The city has several big halls. GOjump MEGApark Długosza covers 5,500 square metres in the Karłowice-Różanka district and has three zones: the main one with trampolines, an adventure one with obstacle courses, and GOtrix, where you collect points for completing challenges. There are also slides and air cushions, and the café overlooks the whole hall, so a parent can rest while watching the child.

Jump Hall in the Gądów-Popowice Południowe district has about 54 trampolines in six zones, from recreational to Olympic. One of them, twelve metres long, leads into a foam pit. There are also interactive zones, Pixel Court and Neo Wall, which react to the jumpers' movement.

Two halls of the Jump 4U network operate in the south of the city. Jump 4U Tarnogaj has almost 1,700 square metres, jumping zones, parkour and a foam pit. Jump 4U TGG Szczepin occupies almost 1,400 square metres in the TGG building. In both you can book tickets online or join sports classes.

What is there besides jumping?

Some halls combine trampolines with other kinds of movement. Jump Hall has a 200-metre rope park, open all year, with ten routes, and a climbing wall. At Jump Planet in Wałbrzych you find an interactive CardioWall, a slam-dunk zone, a climbing wall, a Ninja course, an Eliminator zone, an Air Bag cushion and a Wall Jump for bouncing off the wall.

In Oława, the PBS Mrówka hall holds an inflatable two-lane Ninja Course 30 metres long, a three-storey Monkey Grove and an Airtrack acrobatic path in 3-metre and 6-metre versions. Dzierżoniów adds a dodgeball court, basketball hoops and a foam pit with a balance beam. For adults there are Fitness 4U and Move 4U classes on trampolines.

Where can you jump in the mountains and the south of the region?

Jelenia Góra has two venues. Wild Jump is an indoor park on ulica Sobieskiego for people of all ages. It has a sports zone with Olympic trampolines for advanced users, an area with variable trampolines for dodgeball and a climbing wall joined to an obstacle course. Jump Heaven on Aleja Jana Pawła II joins trampolines with a multi-level playground and has a separate part with animators for the youngest.

In Szczawno-Zdrój, in the Dworzysko complex next to the horse stables, the seasonal Jump 4 Fun Inflatable Park has bouncy castles, trampolines, an obstacle course with a rope river and a water zone. It suits fine weather better, and opening hours change with the month. Książ Castle lies in the area.

Which park is best for the youngest?

The lowest age limit belongs to Hoppark in Lubin, which takes children from the age of three. It has flat and inclined trampolines, a parkour zone, a slide, a gladiator course and foam pits for soft landings. The trampolines support loads of up to 300 kilograms.

In Strzelin the Jump 4U play centre has two zones fitted to age. Monkey Jungle covers 160 square metres and holds a double pontoon slide, a triple racing slide and a zip line. For toddlers there are 35 square metres with climbing elements, a ramp and two ball pits. Colourful ball pits, slides and creative play zones are also found at Szalejkowo in Polkowice, an indoor venue for a rainy day.

Where can you hold a birthday party?

Almost all the places listed organise birthdays. Szalejkowo adds face painting and balloon modelling, and in Dzierżoniów the guests get birthday tables and the carers a relaxation zone. In Strzelin the play centre offers ready-made birthday packages. Jump 4U also takes school trips, and Jump Heaven in Jelenia Góra holds company events as well as hen and stag parties.

What about the west of the region?

Jump Heaven Legnica belongs to a network that also operates in Jelenia Góra and Ozimek. The park was recently renovated and gained a large obstacle course whose mechanics echo computer games, and on the trampolines you can play dodgeball or volleyball. In Ruszowice near Głogów, Jump Planet has trampoline and basketball zones and large foam pits, but minors need a parental consent form, filled in and signed before they enter.
